Annamarie Gordon

Annamarie Francis Gordon, age 69, died on Friday, March 02, 2012 at the Grove Nursing Center in Grove, Oklahoma. Annamarie was the daughter of Bill and Rose (Maralla) Smeltzer; she was born on September 18, 1942 in Los Angeles, California. Annamarie was a professional photographer and world traveler. She previously lived in Oregon, Missouri, Washington, Arizona, Hawaii, England and Okinawa. Annamarie was a congressional aide in Washington D.C., was a member of the St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, she enjoyed arts and crafts, poetry, and making stained-glass projects. Annamarie was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband Robert Gordon, her three children; Shawn Beatie, Mathew Beatie and Amanda Beatie; step-children Shannon Bearhead and Joshua Gordon, one brother Ross Smeltzer and one grandson Kade Beatie. Memorial services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Saturday, March 10, 2012 at the St. Elizabeth's Catholic Church in Grove, Oklahoma. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Ellis Family Funeral Home in Grove, Oklahoma.
