Edith Hendren

Grove, Ok. - Edith Hendren, 85, died Friday, April 3, 2009 at Monroe Manor in Jay, Oklahoma. She was born on March 29, 1924 in Crescent, Oklahoma to Virgil and Ruth (Anderson) Oxford. Survivors include her children, Patti Redding and husband, Don of Santa Clarita, CA, Elayne Ortiz and husband, Ray of San Diego, CA, Linda Kochevar and husband Ron of Culver City, CA, Tom Thole of Sacramento, CA and Bob Thole of Santa Monica, CA; one daughter-in-law, Tina Thole; fourteen grandchildren; twenty-five great- grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by one son, Michael Thole, one grandson and two great-granddaughters. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, April 4, 2009 at Ellis Family Funeral Home Chapel in Grove. Burial will follow at Olympus North Cemetery. Services were entrusted to Ellis Family Funeral Home, Grove, Oklahoma.
