GROVE: Elizabeth "Betty" Hammack, age 71, went to be with the Lord, March 22, 2007 at her residence south of Grove Oklahoma. Betty was born May 11, 1935 to William Mahi and Cecilia "Souza" Mahi in Waipahu Hawaii. Betty graduated Waipahu High school. Betty married Ronald Hammack, July 4, 1966 at the Butler Baptist Church, south of Grove, Oklahoma. Betty was a member of the St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, and every chance she got, she loved to play Bingo. Betty is survived by her husband Ronald Hammack of the home, four daughters, Malinda Halia Mahi of Tulsa Oklahoma, Betty Jane Knupp and husband Ken of Bremerton Washington, Bridgit Ann Cook and husband Eric of Owasso Oklahoma and Ronnie Sue O'Herin and husband Micheal Jr. of Grove, one son, Bobby Curtis Seabourn and wife Beverly of Barnsdall Oklahoma, four sisters, Barbara Helenihi and Lorraine Spencer, Chila Sasaki and husband Henry all from Waipahu Hawaii, Lani Matanane of Makakilo Hawaii, eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren with one on the way. Betty was preceded in death by her parents and one sister Bernice Emmsley. A Rosary will be held Wednesday, March 28, 2007 at the Ellis Family Funeral Home Chapel at 6:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held 2:00 p.m., Thursday, March 29, 2007 at St. Elizabeth's Catholic Church with Father Alex Kennedy officiating. Interment will be immediately following at Polson Cemetery, west of Southwest City Missouri. Services have been entrusted to Ellis Family Funeral Home, 107 South Broadway, Grove Oklahoma.
