James Middlebrook

James Albert Middlebrooks, 74 year old, Vinita, Oklahoma resident, passed away Friday, September 14, 2012 in Vinita, Oklahoma Jim was born on October 1, 1937 in Wellington, Texas to Randolph and Lavanda (Crownover) Middlebrooks. He was a truck driver most of his life and enjoyed bowling and fishing, especially crappie. Jim was preceded in death by his wife, Velma R. Middlebrooks, parents, sisters; Mildred and Glenda and a brother Lewis Cook. Jim is survived by nephew Herbert Stelle and his wife Annette, sisters Vivian Stelle of Vinita, Oklahoma, Dorothy Spencer of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, Mary Hoover, Joyce Cook, Sister-in-law Donna Cook of California, a brother Cecil Middlebrooks of Michigan and great-niece Amber Epperson and her husband A.J. and two very special great-great nieces and nephew Amanda and Aaron Epperson that will miss him very much. A visitation for Jim was held from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m., on Sunday, September 16, 2012 at the Ellis Family Funeral Home in Grove, Oklahoma.
