Maude Culver

Neosho - Maude Lenora Culver died January 10, 2007 at Medical Lodge West in Neosho Missouri. Lenora was born December 13, 1915 to Montogmery Lyster and Tennessee (Lewis) Lyster in Newton County, Missouri. Lenora married Faye Moss. They had four boys, Clyde, Melvin, Edward and Marion. Lenora then married Arthur Culver in 1968 who preceded her in death in 1998. Lenora was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Southwest City Missouri. She was the Owner and Operator of the Ozark Café in Southwest City. Lenora enjoyed gardening and taking care of her house plants, playing the harmonica, and loved being around people. Lenora is survived by three sons, Clyde Moss and wife Janice of Noel, Missouri, Melvin Moss and wife Fyra of Seneca, Missouri and Ed Moss and wife Judy of Neosho, twelve grandchildren and numerous Great Grandchildren and two Great-Great Grandchildren, and one sister, Ada Vandergriff of Neosho, Missouri. Lenora was preceded in death by on son, Marion Moss, six brothers and two sisters. A visitation for family and friends will be held Friday, January 12, 2007 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Ellis Family Funeral Home, 107 South Broadway, Grove, Oklahoma. Funeral Services will be held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 13, 2007 at the Calvary Baptist Church, Southwest City, Missouri. Interment will immediately following at the Southwest City Missouri Cemetery. Services have been entrusted to Ellis Family Funeral Home, Grove, Oklahoma.
