Rhonda Woodard

Rhonda Jane Woodard, 53, passed away September 19, 2014, with her family by her side at Freeman Hospital in Joplin, MO. Rhonda was born September 6, 1961 in Pomona, CA, the daughter of the late Ronald Jack Woodard and Mary Jane (Griffith) Woodard. Rhonda grew up in Pomona, CA and attended Montclair High School. She moved to the Grove area in 1994 and worked at the Grove Walmart for the past 13 years. She enjoyed sharing conversation and laughter with everyone she met. Her children and grandchildren were her pride and joy and she loved spending time with them. She will be greatly missed but not forgotten. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her son John Kendall and his wife Jacquelyne of Miami, OK; daughter Kaitlin Kendall and her fiancé Nick of Centerton, AR; five grandchildren: Haiden, Grayson, Gunnar, Aubrey, and Zoey; brother Ronald Woodard and his wife Violet of Tulsa, OK; sister Amber Guerrero and her husband Carlos of Aloha, OR; and a host of other relatives and friends. A graveside service will be held at the Hickory Grove Cemetery on Friday, September 26, 2014 at 11AM with Mr. Doug Rainbolt, presiding. The family will greet friends Thursday from 6PM to 7PM at the Ellis Funeral Home in Grove, OK. Arrangements are under the direction of Ellis Funeral Home, Grove, OK.
