Earnest Robitaille, Jr

Earnest Theodore Robitaille, Jr., age 79, Grove, OK. passed away Monday September 23, 2019 at the Grove Nursing Center.

He was born October 18, 1939 in Houston, TX. To the late Earnest Theodore Robitaille, Sr. and Wilson Edith Landry.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one sister, Doris Jean Jackson

He served in the United States Army for twenty two years. During his service he was awarded many medals and ribbons including the Purple Heart.

Survivors include four sons, Johnny Robitaille and wife, Amanda Phoenix City, AL, Ernest Robitaille, III, Smith Station, AL, Wilson Earl Robitaille, Atmore, AL, James Robitaille and wife, Angie, Phoenix City, AL; one daughter, Anna Marie Gunter and husband, Max, Mooresville, NC; two brothers, Alvin Charles Robitaille and wife, Sharon, and David Lewis Robitaille and wife, Caroline, both of Wyandotte, OK; three sisters, Mary Addison and husband, Ronald, Cassville, MO, Anna Louise Rollins, Wyandotte, and Diana Hankins and husband, Sam, Grove; and seven grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 27, 2019 in the Grove Worley-Luginbuel Chapel. Burial will follow in the Wyandotte Cemetery, Wyandotte, OK.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until service time.
